Memorial Travel Fund & Camp Fund:

     This fund was established with memorial funds from Karina Slinger, whom we lost to cancer in 2009.  Karina was an original board member, and our daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was lucky enough to see most of this great country in her short 36 years, and she would love that we are helping kids enjoy it as well.  The fund covers the cost of transportation which helps make our youth trips more affordable and it has made a huge difference in our outreach.  Several generous people have donated to keep the fund going.  This year, one trip’s transportation is already covered.  We still have two trips this summer, however.  If you would like to make a donation to reduce the cost of our trips for kids, see our donation levels below and be sure to write TRIP FUND in the memo.   

     What we really need is a camp van!  To live every year hoping we get enough donations, is very hard to do, and we have been using the cars of volunteers to drive the after-school kids to their activities.  If you know someone who is getting rid of a van and who would consider donating it or giving us a good deal for a tax incentive, contact us.

Sponsorships:

Sponsorships are donations that will go toward a specific item. That item will have a plaque attached to it noting the donor's name or a name in which they wish to make the donation (memorials).  Sponsorship items are:
