Weddings At TLC

Congratulations on your engagement!  We would LOVE to have your wedding here @ TLC and have prepared the following information for you to look over:  

 

Renting the upper level of the barn is $200 per day.  The barn's upper level holds about 120 seated at tables, 150 in rows of chairs.  Chairs and tables are included in the rental.  We have a projector and screen available, a stage, and a kitchen in the upper level.  There is heat/air conditioning so you will always be comfortable.  The barn is a non-smoking facility.  If you would need in early to decorate the day before, it would be an additional $100.  

 

We have several outdoor areas that are perfect for an outdoor wedding and/or reception.  Site rental is $200/day.  This would include chairs/seating for up to 200.  There is room for more, additional chairs will need to be rented.  The restrooms in the barn would be available for your guests.   

 

There are 7 cozy dorm rooms and bathrooms with showers on the lower level of the barn.  They are great for you or your out-of-town guests so no one has to travel to a hotel before or after the big day.  Rooms are $75/room, sleep up to 4 people, and include a continental breakfast. 

 

Camping is also available for $5/site.  There is electrical hook-up for two of the sites. 

 

Our Program Center is another little building that can be rented for getting ready, kids activities, or additional housing that is $50/day.

 

We cater, but you can always bring in food as well.  Check out what we offer in our Catering Flyer.  Renting the kitchen for you or your caterer is $100.  With the Site Rental, our kitchen and all of the serving equipment is included.

 

Alcohol is allowed, in moderation.

 

What many of our weddings do is get the Site Rental Package, which is $800 and includes everything:  the upper level, the kitchen, all the rooms, the outdoor site, camping, the small building, campfire ring, and us to help.  With the package, you also don't have to pay to get into the barn early the day before to decorate, and you always have the next day to slowly get everything out. 

 

There is a $100 deposit required to reserve a date.  This is an additional "Cleaning Fee" and may be refundable in the end if the site looks acceptable when we check you out.
